In this pivotal role on the Ground Engineering team, you will influence the future of resource development while collaborating with a diverse group of specialists. Play a critical part in technical leadership, managing projects related to tailings performance and developing strategic partnerships with clients.
Your role will involve hands-on testing and mentoring the next generation of engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and innovate in tailings and mine waste technologies
• Oversee project testing and development initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary experts for strategic planning
• Provide leadership for project execution and delivery
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safe practices
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering
• Advanced degree is a strong asset
• Minimum of 10 years in mining or tailings-related roles
• Expertise in flocculation, polymer processes, and laboratory equipment
• Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities
