This full-time role involves planning, directing, and executing all piping engineering initiatives while supporting a globally distributed team. You will leverage your extensive oil and gas expertise to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client requirements. Your leadership will significantly impact project success and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and coordinate a team of piping engineers
• Validate quality and accuracy of engineering outputs
• Mentor and train junior staff within the team
• Manage forecasting and resource loading for projects
• Assist in achieving project budget and scheduling goals
Requirements:
• Must be a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in Alberta
• Hold a Mechanical or Metallurgical degree
• Over 15 years of experience in oil and gas
• At least 5 years of leadership experience
• Familiarity with engineering standards such as ASME B31.3
