As a Project Engineering Manager, you will oversee engineering integrity and be a vital link between engineering, design, and project management. This leadership role offers the opportunity to mentor teams, influence project outcomes, and contribute to a culture of excellence in the EPCM industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee quality assurance and control across projects
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and facilitate collaboration
• Contribute to project execution plans and change management
• Ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards
• Monitor project deliverables, including DBMs and reports
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
• 15+ years of engineering management experience
• P.Eng. designation in applicable jurisdictions
• Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
