Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Project Engineering organization across varied aircraft initiatives

• Establish effective governance processes and resource forecasting

• Coordinate engineering activities among various disciplines

• Highlight engineering risks, staffing issues, and plans for recovery

• Support key program reviews, including certification readiness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems or similar

• Extensive aerospace engineering experience with program oversight

• Familiarity with Transport Canada, FAA, EASA regulations

• Demonstrated technical and communication leadership abilities

• Licensed or licensed-eligible Professional Engineer in Canada
