RRC is searching for an Electrical Engineer II - Substation who will play a pivotal role in energy project execution. This role not only demands technical expertise in substation design but also teamwork and communication skills to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and assess design deliverables, including layouts and drawings

• Perform grounding analysis and cable sizing calculations

• Support equipment selection and vendor reviews

• Prepare technical documentation for construction packages

• Maintain project quality by adhering to industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical or related engineering field

• 2–5 years of experience specifically in substation design

• Engineer-in-Training designation essential

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or electrical analysis software preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
