Aecon is seeking an Industrial Instrumentation Superintendent to oversee instrumentation operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with industry standards and mentoring future leaders. This role requires a strong focus on safety, effective communication, and project success across various instrumentation scopes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee calibration and maintenance of instrumentation systems
• Monitor commissioning and system startup activities
• Coordinate with EHS teams to enforce safety protocols
• Lead troubleshooting for instrumentation and control issues
• Develop and manage project schedules for execution
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in instrumentation within the industrial sector
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
• Thorough knowledge of safety and regulatory standards
• Experience with PLC and DCS integrations
• Valid Journeyperson certification preferred
