Position: Senior Principal Estimator PQS Role
Step into a leadership role as a Senior Principal Estimator PQS, overseeing extensive cost estimating activities across project phases for infrastructure and marine projects. Leverage your expertise in Canadian and USA guidelines to drive performance.

In this function, you will manage all estimating activities while ensuring compliance with established standards. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Civil, Ports, and Marine sectors, along with proficiency in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator or Cleopatra software. Your insights will guide project teams in developing precise cost estimates and effective benchmarking strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance estimating standards and procedures

• Plan and supervise cost estimates throughout project phases

• Review design data for scope completeness and integrate necessary changes

• Analyze costs and develop innovative estimating solutions

• Mentor junior estimators to foster talent and skills

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in Civil/Infrastructure/Ports & Marine

• Valid Canadian PQS license

• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft tools

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management

• Additional experience in similar international projects
