Process Piping Designer

Position: Process Piping Designer at Acero Engineering
Acero Engineering Inc. is seeking a dedicated Process Piping Designer for a full-time, 12-18 month contract role. This position focuses on P&t and engineering calculations essential for oil and gas facilities.

As a key team member, you will engage in designing industrial piping systems and interpreting complex layouts. Your skills will enhance project delivery from concept to plant start-up with responsibilities that include selecting piping materials, supporting stress analysis, and leading preparation of technical deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Industrial process P&IDs and layouts

• Conduct engineering calculations for pipe dimensions

• Support stress analysis and modeling interpretation

• Select materials based on technical requirements

• Prepare isometric drawings and fabrication packages

Requirements:

• Graduate of Engineering Design or Drafting programs

• 10+ years of relevant EPC experience

• Proficiency in Smartplant 3D and Micro Station

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook

• Excellent English communication skills
