Your impactThe energy industry, particularly transmission grids, is undergoing major changes to accommodate for regional and global decarbonization and energy transition targets. Underground and subsea cable technology are, in particular, increasingly becoming a major player in this energy paradigm shift to enable large-scale renewable energy generation, such as offshore wind, green hydrogen or large interconnectors.
As a P&C Engineer – Transmission, you will closely work with regional and global transmission and studies teams to support and/or lead ongoing projects as well as business development and proposal support with a variety of clients including renewable developers, transmission owner/developers as well as utilities.
The successful candidate shall demonstrate related experience and technical knowledge in the area of protection and control applied to transmission and substations from planning/protection philosophy phase to detailed design studies. Experience with software packages such as ASPEN One Liner is required. Prior knowledge of protection related to renewable generation interconnection and/or HVDC is preferred.
