As a Senior Facilities Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading facility and pipeline projects from conception through to execution. With over 15 years of experience in Western Canadian facilities, your technical insight will guide multi-disciplinary teams in optimizing assets and ensuring compliance. You will be responsible for documentation, engineering assessments, and providing onsite support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead facility project life cycles from concept to handover
• Develop comprehensive project documentation and procedures
• Identify and propose facility optimization and integrity improvements
• Oversee engineering aspects using in-house or external resources
• Support field operations with onsite engineering input
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or petroleum engineering
• 15+ years of experience in oil & gas facilities
• Registered with APEGA as a Professional Engineer
• Proficiency in PEIMS and PLIMS systems
• Extensive knowledge of industry codes and standards
