As an Electrical Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and coordinating electrical systems while reporting to the Automation Team Leader. Your tasks will encompass preliminary design development, reviewing facility electrical drawings, and creating essential engineering calculations and drawings for various electrical components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and cost preliminary electrical control system designs

• Review electrical drawings and generate automation designs

• Prepare comprehensive electrical engineering calculations

• Approve specifications for electrical equipment like transformers

• Manage project scoping, quoting, and budgeting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 2-5 years of experience

• Knowledge of CSA, CEC, NEC, IEEE standards

• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and 3D

• Registration with APEGA or ability to pursue

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
