Building Science Project Engineer

Lead impactful building science projects with Pinchin in Calgary or Edmonton. As a Project Engineer, you'll deliver results while mentoring junior staff and enhancing technical solutions.

Pinchin is searching for a Project Engineer to support the Building Science and Sustainability team. This role focuses on technical leadership, project management, and relationship building with clients. You will oversee investigations, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help elevate industry standards through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, exceeding client expectations

• Prepare detailed technical reports, summaries, and maintain action lists

• Review design documents and develop effective client solutions

• Conduct internal peer reviews for project quality assurance

• Foster strong client relationships and support business development

Requirements:

• 5+ years in building science as an engineer or project manager

• Proficient with building science tools and envelope systems

• Strong technical writing and reporting skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
