This key role involves owning the product roadmap across hardware, consumable chemistry, and field performance while leading a team of 15 technical professionals, including scientists and engineers. Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure alignment with customer commitments and product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap across multiple domains

• Lead product development from MVP to distributor-ready

• Establish feedback loops from field to lab

• Manage three technical groups effectively

Requirements:
