As a key member of WSP’s Energy & Process team, you will oversee all phases of complex energy projects. Your responsibilities will encompass planning, scheduling, and coordination among multidisciplinary teams. By acting as the primary technical liaison, you will ensure project objectives meet quality, cost, and schedule standards while addressing client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage planning and estimating for engineering projects

• Identify risks early and ensure timely delivery

• Provide technical direction to engineering teams

• Approve engineering designs, maintaining project quality

• Mentor engineers to enhance technical capabilities

Requirements:

• P.Eng. or P.Tech. designation required

• 10–15 years of EPCM industry experience

• Direct project leadership expertise with clients

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Familiarity with engineering best practices and reporting
