In this full-time position, you will utilize your 7–12+ years of expertise in environmental assessment and permitting to manage resource development projects.

Your role will include engaging with clients and stakeholders, supporting project delivery, and mentoring junior team members. You will be critical in cultivating positive relationships and maintaining high-quality project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead environmental assessment and permitting projects across various sectors

• Facilitate effective consultation and engagement with stakeholders

• Develop proposals with comprehensive technical inputs and cost estimates

• Ensure high-quality project deliverables and consistency

• Mentor junior and intermediate staff to promote team development

Requirements:

• Degree in environmental science, engineering, or similar

• 7–12+ years of experience in assessment and permitting

• Proficient with Canadian environmental regulatory frameworks

• Strong technical writing and communication skills

• Willingness to travel within Canada as needed
