Join Ausenco as an Intermediate Field Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto. This field position involves overseeing construction at a Northern BC mine-site on a 2-week on, 2-week off rotation.
The successful candidate will work within an EPCM site team, focusing on quality control and progress reporting for electrical and instrumentation activities. You will validate work procedures, review contractor performance, and ensure that all documentation received is accurate and clear for project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote compliance with quality controls on site
• Review daily reports and contribute to project updates
• Validate work procedures and change notices
• Oversee contractor’s schedules and track progress
• Ensure all drawings and vendor information are accurate
Requirements:
• P.Eng. Electrical or Electronics Engineer credential
• 5-9 years in Mineral Process or Oil/Gas Construction
• Pragmatic and agile approach to engineering
• Team-first attitude focused on project success
• Willingness to perform regular site work
