This role involves collaboration with engineering and project management teams to ensure well-informed estimates and effective scope management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive capital cost estimates for Class 5 to Class 1

• Utilize various estimating methodologies throughout project phases

• Prepare detailed Estimate Preparation Plans and Basis of Estimate documents

• Lead reviews and validations of project estimates

• Collaborate across teams to identify project scope and execution strategies

Requirements:

• 15+ years estimating experience and technical diploma or degree

• Field construction experience on large industrial projects

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of AACEI estimating standards

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
