Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in project lifecycle from design to closeout

• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets effectively

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards through deliverables

• Drive business development efforts and proposal strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• APEGA registration as Professional Engineer required

• 15 years of relevant experience in highway engineering

• History of successful project delivery for Alberta Transportation

• Strong negotiation and leadership capabilities
