WSP's Energy & Process team seeks an experienced engineer to guide projects from concept through execution. You will manage planning, timeline estimation, and oversee engineering compliance with industry standards. This role demands strong client interaction skills and the ability to mentor less experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning and timeline estimation activities

• Identify and mitigate risks to deliver projects successfully

• Guide multidisciplinary engineering teams with technical direction

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards

• Mentor engineering staff and improve team performance

Requirements:

• Post-graduate degree in Engineering

• P.Eng. or P.Tech. designation required

• 10-15 years of EPCM experience in energy

• 7-10 years in project engineering roles

• Strong track record managing client relationships
