In this role, you will collaborate with the Senior Staff Engineer and stakeholders to design and implement data patterns and systems that drive efficiency in Canadian Thermal and Conventional Heavy Oil processes. Your responsibilities include leading agile project management and mentoring junior engineers while facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead projects based on oil and gas process knowledge

• Oversee agile project management practices

• Engage with teams to gather requirements and prioritize tasks

• Provide project input and manage stakeholder expectations

• Ensure smooth transitions of new software to operational teams

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

• At least 12 years of industry experience

• Engineering degree and P.Eng designation

• Deep understanding of data science and visualization techniques

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
