In this essential role, you will manage cost estimates for various projects, drawing on over seven years of estimating experience. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients in value engineering discussions, analyzing tenders to ensure value for money, and providing lifecycle cost advice. Collaborate with project teams to help clients achieve their goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate cost estimates from project concept to execution

• Analyze tender submissions for client cost-effectiveness

• Facilitate value engineering discussions for optimal outcomes

• Offer lifecycle cost and sustainability recommendations

• Benchmark and validate project targets

Requirements:

• 7+ years of cost estimating experience

• Degree in Engineering/Construction Management or relevant

• Membership in CIQS/RICS is advantageous

• Proficiency with cost estimating software
