WSP is seeking a Lead Project Engineer for its Energy & Process division, where you will drive the execution of engineering projects. Your leadership in planning, scheduling, and managing engineering activities will ensure successful project outcomes. Collaborate with diverse teams and serve as the main technical advisor to clients, ensuring project compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and delivery of engineering design activities

• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively

• Coordinate and direct multidisciplinary engineering efforts

• Oversee engineering design quality and specifications

• Facilitate technical communication between clients and teams

Requirements:

• P.Eng. or P.Tech. accreditation mandatory

• 10–15 years of experience in energy project engineering

• Proven skills in client engagement and project leadership

• Strong management of competing priorities

• Knowledge of design optimization and risk assessment practices
