Thurber Engineering is looking for a dedicated Intermediate to Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join its Calgary team. You will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting analyses, and guiding project coordination. This role also involves mentoring staff and fostering client relationships while managing multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and leadership on projects

• Conduct technical reviews and analyses as required

• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and project documentation

• Mentor and support junior staff development

• Build and maintain client relationships through active participation

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Geological Engineering;
Master's preferred

• Minimum 8 years of relevant geotechnical experience

• Proficient in drilling investigations and analysis

• Valid Class 5 Drivers License

• Strong communication and computer skills
