You will drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness while collaborating directly with drilling and operations teams. Lead the planning and execution of completion programs tailored to enhance well performance and streamline operations across multiple SAGD assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design SAGD producer and injector completion systems

• Optimize sand control technologies for thermal wells

• Develop standardized completion designs for consistency

• Lead planning and execution of completion programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or related field

• 5+ years in SAGD or thermal oil completions

• Experience in horizontal well completion engineering

• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions

• Proficiency in industry software like Well View or Pipe Sim
