Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Pipeline Integrity Lead in the Oil & Gas Industry in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta.
Looking for someone to lead key pipeline integrity programs, including corrosion management, depth of cover, and geohazard monitoring. You will be responsible for helping identify and manage pipeline risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the ongoing safety and reliability of the pipeline system. The role has a mix of technical and leadership responsibilities, and so therefore looking for someone with strong pipeline integrity experience who can also mentor team members and work closely with operations, engineering, and other stakeholders.

- Opportunity to lead critical integrity programs supporting the safe and reliable operation of major pipeline infrastructure assets.
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of pipeline integrity management programs.
- Oversee activities related to corrosion management, depth-of-cover monitoring, geohazard assessment, and threat mitigation
- Support the development and enhancement of risk assessment methodologies and integrity prioritization processes
- Direct integrity-related inspections, assessments, investigations, and mitigation initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integrity activities are completed safely and in accordance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
- 10+ years of pipeline integrity, risk assessment, or asset integrity experience within the liquids pipeline industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing corrosion, depth-of-cover, and geohazard programs for a pipeline operator.
- AMPP (formerly NACE) Cathodic Protection Level 2 certification or higher preferred
- Strong understanding of pipeline integrity management, regulatory compliance, and risk-based decision-making
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and industry experience.
