As a HSSEQ Management System Specialist at WSP Canada, you'll play a critical role in evolving and sustaining the HSSEQ management system. Your expertise will guide project managers, ensuring consistent application of HSSEQ requirements across projects and sectors. Collaborate closely with sector representatives to enhance documentation and resolve implementation challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain HSSEQ Management System documentation

• Align and trace HSSEQ requirements with corporate policies

• Advise project managers on HSSEQ application

• Review sector documentation for gaps and inconsistencies

• Monitor operational feedback and audit findings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

• Minimum five years in HSSE or Quality management

• Strong understanding of HSSEQ assurance principles

• Bilingualism in French and English

• Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills
