Senior Project Scheduler

Join a dynamic team in downtown Calgary as a Senior Project Planner/Scheduler for a 12-month contract. Bring expertise in Primavera P6 and project scheduling to ensure successful project execution.

This on-site role requires a skilled professional to develop and maintain integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, and construction teams. You'll standardize processes and provide analytical insights that enhance project management effectiveness. Your experience in large capital projects, particularly in the oil and gas sector, will be critical for schedule performance and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support planning and scheduling efforts across multiple projects

• Develop and maintain Level I–IV integrated project schedules

• Review and validate schedule data for logical sequencing

• Manage schedule changes per project controls procedures

• Conduct critical path and variance analysis to identify schedule risks

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of major project scheduling experience

• On-site experience in industrial projects preferred

• Expertise in Primavera P6 for at least 10 years

• Strong analytical skills in project controls and forecasting

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management required
