In this senior technical role, you act as the Program Lead for Powertrain and Thermal projects. You'll balance performance, cost, quality, and manufacturability while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Your expertise in automotive engineering will ensure cohesive execution across vehicle systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as program and technical lead for powertrain and thermal system designs
• Oversee BOM integrity and critical build process approvals
• Develop schedules and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Communicate program progress and manage technical risks
• Lead root-cause analysis for vehicle performance issues
Requirements:
• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
• 12+ years of automotive engineering experience
• Proficiency in advanced automotive tools like CATIA and JIRA
• Experience with attributes like reliability and strength
• Proven track record in managing complex projects
