In this role, you'll collaborate with diverse teams to develop reliability targets for power electronics and battery systems. Important responsibilities include creating test plans, conducting failure analyses, and tracking real-world product performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Establish reliability metrics with engineering teams
• Implement Design for Reliability during product development
• Drive DFMEA processes to minimize risks
• Develop and oversee ALT Reliability Test Plans
• Track and report on field reliability metrics
Requirements:
• Degree in relevant engineering discipline
• Proven success in power electronics reliability
• Familiarity with various power converter systems
• Expertise in failure analysis methodologies
• Strong grasp of reliability assessment practices
