Agnico Eagle Process Plant Readiness Advisor

Step into an impactful role as a Process Plant Readiness Advisor at Agnico Eagle. Leverage your expertise in metallurgical engineering to ensure operational readiness for the Upper Beaver Mill.

In this senior position, you will report to the Manager Metallurgy Ontario and be instrumental in preparing the mill for launch and continual operations. With at least five years in a senior metallurgical role, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to verify necessary training and documentation for a smooth operational transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical input to operational strategies and project budgets

• Support project teams during engineering and commissioning phases

• Implement best practices from Agnico operations for optimized readiness

• Develop a comprehensive Operations Readiness Plan aligned with milestones

• Ensure all procedures and documentation are validated pre-startup

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in metallurgical engineering

• Minimum five years of senior metallurgical experience

• Experience in gold and copper mineral processing

• Strong knowledge of project commissioning processes

• Ability to work autonomously and manage resources effectively
