Elevate the future of space connectivity as an Antenna Systems Integration Engineer at E-Space. This role is focused on hardware coordination and system integrity in a hybrid work model based in California or Texas.
E-Space is seeking an Antenna Systems Integration Engineer who thrives in hands-on hardware tasks. This position is critical for ensuring intact performance of antenna systems during ground and launch phases. You will coordinate closely with structural, RF, and deployment teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own assembly coordination with structural and RF teams
• Resolution of interface control document discrepancies
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison for integration
• Track assembly-level requirements and verification artifacts
• Support structural test campaigns and data reviews
Requirements:
• BS, MS, or Ph.D. in relevant engineering fields
• 2-3 years of experience in hardware integration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with ICDs and assembly-level requirements
• Ability to escalate integration risks proactively
