Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver product and application support for customers

• Advocate for customers to resolve issues effectively

• Work closely with the team to share best practices

• Contribute to online documentation and newsletters

• Assist in customer training and sales support

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 5-7 years experience with Blending Applications

• 5-7 years in customer technical support

• Knowledge of refinery processes and automation

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
