Elevate rail safety and performance with WSP as the Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Safety Lead. Shape effective rail systems with your technical expertise in rail transit projects.
WSP is seeking a RAMS Lead with over 10 years of experience to guide system assurance strategies. You will develop RAMS Plans, conduct risk assessments, and enhance operational safety for rail networks.
Your role includes mentoring engineers and influencing national RAMS frameworks to ensure high performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead RAMS activities across complex rail programs
• Develop and implement RAMS and System Safety Plans
• Drive V-Lifecycle processes for system assurance
• Oversee reliability and maintainability modeling
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams
Requirements:
• 10+ years in RAMS/System Assurance in rail transit
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; P.Eng. required
• Knowledge of system safety standards like CENELEC
• Experience with RAM modeling and risk matrices
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
