As a lead in the engineering domain, you’ll manage a diverse team of engineers and coordinate product development projects. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality designs and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You'll engage with various stakeholders to align project objectives with client needs and maintain excellence in engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee work for technical engineers in engineering domains

• Ensure successful technical execution of all projects

• Collaborate on project task organization and resource management

• Guide technical documentation and design compliance

• Hold regular meetings with internal teams to maintain communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering

• Valid Professional Engineering License (P.Eng)

• 10+ years experience in data centers and engineering

• Proven experience managing interdisciplinary engineering teams

• Proficiency in CAD and industry-standard software tools
