As a Staff Mechanical Engineer, you will independently manage long-term projects and take charge of key mechanical sub-systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive design and validation of advanced R&D equipment
• Act as technical lead on complex engineering projects
• Solve ambiguous technical challenges affecting multiple teams
• Generate detailed work plans and project milestones
• Mentor junior colleagues, fostering their technical growth
Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Comfort with stooping, climbing, and standing for long periods
• Commitment to safety in industrial environments
• Willingness to travel and work off-hours as needed
• Familiarity with standard semiconductor practices
