At Aecon, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Civil Engineer with a solid background in power generation and industrial engineering. With 7 to 12 years of experience, you will be integral in developing designs, reviewing documents, and supporting the engineering needs of vital projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structural calculations for power plants

• Review design documents and specifications thoroughly

• Create engineering reports and detailed design drawings

• Adhere to budgets and schedules during design work

• Communicate effectively with engineering teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution

• 7-12 years of engineering and design experience

• Professional Engineering license in Canada (U.S. license is advantageous)

• Familiarity with software like Mathcad and Civil3D

• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
