Cenovus is seeking candidates with recently obtained degrees in Mechanical, Chemical/Process, or Petroleum Engineering. This position allows you to contribute foundational engineering knowledge while working towards your Engineer-in-Training designation. Candidates should have less than two years of relevant professional experience not including student work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Rotate through various business units for hands-on experience
• Apply mechanical, chemical, or petroleum engineering principles
• Collaborate with teams on engineering projects
• Gain insights into industry practices and standards
• Support the transition to Engineer-in-Training designation
Requirements:
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Degree in relevant engineering discipline by May 31, 2027
• Less than two years of related professional experience
• Eligible for Engineer-in-Training registration
• Strong foundational knowledge in engineering principles
