This role requires a post-secondary certificate or diploma and five years of civil drafting experience. You will utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to create detailed design, tender, and construction drawings. Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards while pursuing continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare design and construction drawings using AutoCAD
• Develop surface models, profiles, and site plans
• Complete volume calculations and quantity takeoffs
• Support engineers with drafting and technical assistance
• Ensure deliverables align with project deadlines
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in a relevant technical field
• 5 years of civil drafting or design experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset focused on quality work
