WSP is seeking a motivated Early Professional to join its Building Sciences team, where you will contribute to diverse building condition assessments. This role is perfect for recent graduates or those with limited experience eager to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios. Key Responsibilities:
• Support building assessments and technical investigations
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on projects
• Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation
• Conduct field reviews and site visits for existing systems
• Implement building science principles for performance evaluation
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Engineering or Architectural Technology
• 0–3 years relevant experience or strong internship exposure
• Foundational knowledge of building systems and materials
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical tools like AutoCAD
• Class 5 Driver’s License with willingness to travel
