You'll lead initiatives that improve engineering guidelines while resolving safety and operational challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Approve technical guidelines and standards for engineering

• Support high-profile project escalations and resolutions

• Lead auditing of project scopes for standard compliance

• Engage stakeholders on complex engineering issues

• Conduct training sessions for effective guideline implementation
Requirements:

• Engineering degree with APEGA Professional designation

• Over 15 years in utility engineering and construction

• Deep understanding of Alberta Safety Codes and regulations

• Proven ability to guide and influence multiple stakeholders

• Skills in communication and collaborative problem-solving
