As WSP’s RAMS Lead, you will utilize your extensive background in RAMS/System Assurance to influence safety practices across various rail programs. Your Bachelor's degree and technical leadership experience will be pivotal in driving collaboration and excellence among engineering teams. This role awaits a qualified leader passionate about shaping future transport networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage RAMS activities for major rail initiatives

• Develop safety and risk management strategies

• Support system verification processes and validation efforts

• Work closely with engineering teams across various disciplines

• Promote knowledge and skills development for engineers
Requirements:

• 10+ years in RAMS/System Assurance roles

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; P.Eng. essential

• Strong knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations

• Experience in risk matrices and safety assessments

• Proven leadership and stakeholder communication skills
