Enfinite is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead complex technical decisions across their energy portfolio. You will be a senior engineering authority, focusing on troubleshooting, reliability enhancements, and asset lifecycle planning. The role includes engineering oversight for facility upgrades, equipment commissioning, and strengthening engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a senior authority on battery energy storage systems

• Lead troubleshooting and reliability improvement efforts

• Support asset lifecycle and capital investment planning

• Provide oversight for facility upgrades and equipment replacements

• Translate complex issues into clear recommendations
Requirements:

• Bachelor's in electrical engineering; P.Eng. registration preferred

• Minimum 12 years of relevant engineering experience

• Expertise in utility-scale energy systems and electrical infrastructure

• Experience with project management and engineering consultation

• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and asset reliability
