Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all civil design aspects for substations

• Supervise design efforts and mentor junior staff

• Conduct detailed structural analyses and designs

• Prepare construction work packages and technical reports

• Liaise with clients to align project goals and needs
Requirements:

• 12+ years in civil/structural design for substations

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required

• Professional certification in a Canadian association

• Proficient in design programs such as STAAD

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
