CURA is actively seeking a Chemical Engineer to enhance its electrochemical cement decarbonization efforts. The role combines laboratory experimentation with process design, aiming to validate and scale groundbreaking technologies for reducing emissions by up to 85%. You'll work closely with engineering teams and serve as a key point of contact for contractors, ensuring alignment with CURA’s long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute feedstock characterization experiments

• Perform bench-scale experiments to validate process chemistry

• Design experiments that mitigate scale-up risks

• Analyze data for process design inputs and specifications

• Collaborate on engineering simulations and calculations

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 4 years in laboratory-based process development

• Hands-on experience in electrochemical systems

• Proficiency in process modelling tools like Aspen Plus

• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
