In this full-time position, you will join a dynamic team focusing on complex piping systems for power, industrial, and water projects across North America. The role requires proficiency in pipe stress analysis and developing support designs while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to uphold safety and efficiency. Your contributions will drive innovative engineering solutions and excel in delivering quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform pipe stress and thermal flexibility analysis using AutoPIPE
• Evaluate sustained, thermal, and occasional loading for piping systems
• Design appropriate pipe supports and prepare stress calculations
• Review piping isometrics, P&IDs, and vendor drawings
• Coordinate with designers and engineers for optimal construction
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering
• 2+ years of relevant experience in power or industrial design
• Registered as Engineer-in-Training or eligible for registration
• Experience with AutoPIPE; knowledge of ASME codes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
