In this critical role, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of safety management best practices and regulatory requirements to support chemical manufacturing sites. Your strong analytical skills will help identify risks, manage operational safety, and implement improvements company-wide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate process hazard analysis workshops and coaching sessions

• Manage schedules for PHA revalidations across multiple sites

• Conduct process safety audits and assessments

• Mentor junior engineers in risk assessment practices

• Monitor and report on key safety performance indicators

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering

• 12+ years in process safety engineering

• Experience with PHAPro, BowTieXP, and PHAST

• Strong communication and influencing skills

• Knowledge of quantitative risk assessment methodologies
