Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct capacity analyses to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering field

• 5+ years in an Industrial Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer role

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and practices

• Proven ability to implement efficient production systems

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and teamwork skills
