Worley is seeking a Principal Telecommunications Engineer for a full-time hybrid role overseeing telecommunications projects in Oil & Gas, Mining, and more. You'll serve as a technical authority, impacting project design and execution through leadership in engineering systems, including wired and wireless networks. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to successfully deliver high-quality telecommunications infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define high-level architecture and infrastructure requirements

• Develop design criteria, reports, and project deliverables

• Lead construction drawing package development

• Interface with various project teams for alignment

• Support commissioning teams during system validation

Requirements:

• Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or related field

• 10+ years in industrial telecommunication environments

• P.Eng. (Canada) or P.E. (U.S.) licensing required

• Expertise in fiber optics and wireless communications

• Strong organizational and mentoring abilities
