As a Communications Systems Engineer at AtkinsRéalis, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while supporting the Communications Systems Manager in delivering Network Infrastructure. You’ll be involved in reviewing designs, overseeing construction handover, and managing project life cycles for rail and transit communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support design and review of transit communications networks

• Develop engineering drawings and technical specifications

• Assist with IP routing, switching, and VLAN architectures

• Review FAT and SAT documentation and oversee commissioning

• Manage interface and systems integration activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Telecommunications Engineering

• Eligible for APEGA registration as EIT or P.Eng.

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of MPLS, routing, and switching technologies

• Familiarity with Cisco, Nokia, or Juniper platforms
