Intermediate Groundwater Modeller at WSP

In this role, you'll contribute to the Prairies & North Water team's diverse projects across Western and Northern Canada. Your expertise in groundwater modelling will enable you to work collaboratively on all project phases—from conceptual model development to numerical modelling and data analysis—under senior technical mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support groundwater flow and contaminant transport modelling
• Develop and refine site models and numerical groundwater models
• Assist in designing hydrogeological investigations
• Translate modelling results for reports and stakeholders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Hydrogeology, Geological or Civil Engineering
• Eligible for P.Eng. or P.Geo. designation
• Experience with MODFLOW-based groundwater modelling
• Knowledge of hydrogeological assessments and aquifer characterization
• Strong communication skills in technical contexts
